Thai Airways, the national airline of Thailand, has expanded its European routes by adding Milan and Oslo to its destinations. This expansion aims to strengthen its position globally by providing a reliable and comfortable travel experience.

Since the resurgence of international air travel in 2023, Thai Airways has focused on growth, launching new routes, upgrading its fleet and enhancing services. This year, they launched direct flights from Bangkok to Milan and Oslo, joining their existing European network that includes major cities such as London, Paris and Frankfurt.

These additions provide convenient connections for passengers flying between Asia and Europe, especially through Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport, which is known for its modern facilities.

Thai Airways said, "This expansion allows us to compete effectively in a dynamic business environment. As a national carrier, we are committed to delivering world-class service and building brand value for sustainable growth." Starting July 1, Thai Airways operates daily flights to Milan using the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, which offers convenient departure and arrival times. Service to Oslo, operated by the Boeing 777-300ER, also follows a similar schedule, maximizing connectivity options.

This strategic move is part of Thai Airways' broader strategy to expand in Europe, grow its global network and maintain high service standards.

Reasons to consider Thai Airways for your European trip:

1. Exceptional Thai Hospitality: Known for its top-level service and attention to detail, Thai Airways reflects Thailand's cultural richness through its in-flight experience. Passengers receive warm hospitality, including traditional gestures of respect and authentic Thai cuisine options.

2. Efficient connections through Bangkok: Suvarnabhumi Airport serves as a major hub in Asia, offering a seamless transit experience with multilingual signage, diverse dining options and luxurious lounges.

3. New and advanced aircraft: Thai Airways has invested in new Airbus A350-900 and Boeing 787 aircraft, which are equipped with state-of-the-art technology for improved comfort and efficiency.
