Travel Advisory Released: Thailand Visa Waiver for Indians & Taiwanese Until Nov 11, 2024

 

On May 7, 2024, the Royal Thai Government approved the extension of the temporary tourist visa exemption scheme for holders of ordinary passports (or travel document holders) from India and Taiwan.This scheme allows them to enter and stay in the Kingdom of Thailand for up to 30 days.

The extension is a continuation of the scheme implemented from November 10, 2023, to May 10, 2024, and will be effective from May 11 to November 11, 2024. This decision aligns with the government's objective to promote tourism by facilitating travel for tourists from India and Taiwan to Thailand during this period.
