IndiGo, an Indian budget airline, has significantly increased its services from Abu Dhabi International Airport by adding 21 new weekly flights. This 50% increase includes exciting new daily routes:

- A new route now connects Abu Dhabi with Chandigarh, a lively city in northern India famous for its Rock Garden and rich cultural heritage.


- Daily flights to Kannur, a picturesque coastal city in Kerala known for its beaches, backwaters, and Ayurvedic treatments, are now available.


- The re-introduction of daily flights to Lucknow provides a direct link to the capital of Uttar Pradesh, a city rich in historical and cultural attractions.

With these new additions, IndiGo now operates 63 weekly flights to Abu Dhabi from nine different cities in India. This expanded service caters to both business and leisure travelers, offering more flexibility and convenience.

Elena Sorlini, Managing Director and CEO of Abu Dhabi Airports, highlighted the importance of this growth:
